Previously, as Director of Business Development at 168 Park Selayang, he was instrumental in the court-appointed “white knight” revival of the abandoned Selayang Star City — restoring homes to hundreds of stranded purchasers and returning a stalled landmark to its community, with blocks delivered fully sold and ahead of schedule.

The white-knight revival of Selayang Star City

Selayang Star City was abandoned in 2016, leaving hundreds of buyers stranded. Appointed white knight by the High Court, the team relaunched it as 168 Park Selayang — a RM945 million development of three residential towers and a community mall. Blocks were delivered fully sold and ahead of schedule, restoring homes to the buyers left behind.
